That is just not true!
Coditel DOES blick at least port 25.
They block it for all normal users esp. users who do not use the PRO
service and do not have fixed IP.
You did admit a few months ago that you were in a specific condition.

that's true, i have the pro package, and a static ip as well.

if for some people they do, and for others they don't block that (AFAIK)
sinlge port, doesn't mean that coditel is blocking port_S_ for everyone of
their customers, and that they are no real ISP because of that!
there are people using a basic package and who have a dynamic ip, and they
don't have their port 25 blocked.
what i know is, that i'm experiencing a very good service from them, and that,
at a very nice price, which i wouldn't get anywhere else here in lux.
