Unfortunately, we use only professional software, and our customers as well, meaning no Microsoft rubbish.

Not at all.

Never.

And we are happy to do so, as our I.T. services are running fine and our customer's ones as well.

We use as much as we can reliable, cost-effective, well documented, standard-compliant softwares, meaning Free Software (as defined by the FSF and the GPL) or OpenSource software.
This means actually that we use 100% Free/Opensource software for ages.
This kind of software is fine and sufficient for every professional usage.

So we don't need any more consultants to try to fix Microsoft crap.

We got rid of Microsoft in 1998 and are surprised they still exist...
