Yes !

They operate their own DSLAMs in some areas and switch to EPT DSL network if you're out of their native coverage, at the same price. So if you (as me) are in the bush, you are ONLY Alternet customer but the DSL service is actually transparently operated by EPT, the Internet access being operated by Alternet. And you receive only one bill, from Alternet.
