I simply object to a misleading point of vocabulary
and am trying to
make sure people stop confusing ("white hat") hackers and "black hat"
hackers and copyright violators.
Well that's exactly the aim of this conference !! As of the speakers
list you (all) should have noticed that we all support this view your
are trying to convince me about. There's no need, but as you all seem so
very interested in this subject well come and attend the conference ...

I think you are talking about the "rencontre SPIRAL"...
Would you
be so kind as to let them know that there is no such thing as
a computer pirate ? That is a voluntarily misleading image to confuse
people and mix the image of copyright violators with bloodthirsty
murderes and criminals.

Well here your a miselading something, the hackers we are talking about
are not the "computer pirates" in a copyright sense, but the real
computer security folk (be they black hats (bad) or white hats
(good)) ...
but rethinking this, it would be a good idea to
clarify this point
