As you certainly know, more and more of recent laptop propose installation of OS either in MBR or UEFI mode and more

often w$ is pre-installed in UEFI mode, thus it is necessary, for linux dual-boot installation to do it in UEFI mode too.

But I don't found so much documentation on internet concerning how to install ubuntu (or any other distro) in EFI mode

and I knew by the past problem with some devices like laptop HP pavillion where I (and collegues too) failed to install ubuntu

in dual-boot, does anybody know good documentation on internet? And does anybody experienced such installation with

success and on which hardware? Suggestions are welcome
