Hi,
according to Heise News (sorry, in german) here:
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/77998
the next round in software patents is coming in
form of the EPLA, European Patent Litigation
Agreement.
This would create a cross-EU court on patent
stuff, which would codify the years-old practice
of the EPA of giving out software patents.
