Ok, found (Article II-77 2):
"La propriété intellectuelle est protégée"
This is extremely unclear, as "IP" is something undefined. It
regroups notions as copyright, trademarks, patents etc., so it
might include software patents - and actually force them on us.
Hard to agree with such a clause.
