Yup, the official date is september 15th. Prices remain the
same (albeit higher than those Brent indicated).
They already upgraded my own line, I was suprised last week at
seeing download rates of over 110 kB/s (during an emerge -u)
while I always had the 256k line. The new rates are 1Mbit/s
downstream and 128kbit/s upstream.
They also upgrade the other services - from 512kbit/s to 2Mbit/s,
and from 1Mbit/s to 3Mbit/s.
The monthly volumes remain identical, i.e. you'll need to be
more careful whether you'll hit the limit or not.
