As mentionned by FFII people, all isn't lost, yet...
the directove has to be translated (implemented) in local laws and thos
may go any direction, the worst case scenarion is close enough to the US
law which enables "enforcement forces" to crash into teenagers
appartments and confiscate all equipment in order to study how much
infringement is actually being done.
